At Asheville Dispensary Wholesale, we serve licensed retailers, distributors, and qualified business buyers. Due to the regulated, perishable, and high-risk nature of hemp-derived products sold in bulk, all sales are governed by the terms below. Please review carefully before placing any wholesale order.

Wholesale Hemp Flower & Consumables

All products sold through Asheville Dispensary Wholesale are final sale.

Due to:

  • Federal and state hemp regulations
  • Chain-of-custody requirements
  • The inability to verify storage or handling after delivery

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for consumable hemp products once they have shipped, including but not limited to:

  • THCA flower
  • Pre-rolls
  • Vapes
  • Edibles
  • Beverages
  • Concentrates

This applies to all pricing tiers, including promotional, discounted, or clearance pricing.

Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • All hemp flower and cannabis-derived products
  • All consumables
  • All promotional, discounted, or clearance items
  • All bulk or wholesale quantities
  • Any items marked “Final Sale”

Non-Consumable Products

For non-consumable items only (such as branded merchandise, hardware, or accessories), Asheville Dispensary Wholesale may consider a return or replacement if:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item was not discounted or marked final sale

All such requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Wholesale Product Experience Disclaimer

Wholesale buyers acknowledge that hemp products naturally vary due to:

  • Cultivation batches
  • Terpene profiles
  • Storage conditions
  • Shipping conditions
  • Customer handling

Product descriptions, potency ranges, terpene data, and strain names are provided for reference only and are not guarantees of performance, appearance, aroma, flavor, or consumer experience.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer preference
  • Consumer complaints
  • Slow sales
  • Variations in smell, taste, or effect
  • Differences from marketing descriptions

Errors, Damage, or Shipping Issues

If you receive:

  • The wrong product
  • A missing product
  • A product damaged during shipment
  • A defective non-consumable item

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

If confirmed to be our error, Asheville Dispensary Wholesale will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected items
  • Or issue a credit or refund

Claims submitted after 7 days may be denied.

No returns or credits will be issued without prior written approval.

Return Shipping (If Approved)

If a return is authorized:

  • Return instructions will be provided
  • Items sent without authorization will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for shipping unless the issue was our error

Refunds & Credits

If approved:

  • Processing begins after inspection
  • Refunds or credits are issued within 3–7 business days
  • Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days

Wholesale refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (rare, at our discretion)

Policy Authority

Asheville Dispensary Wholesale reserves the right to:

  • Determine eligibility for any credit, replacement, or refund
  • Deny claims that do not meet policy requirements
  • Update this policy at any time

All decisions are final.
