Shipping Eligibility

We ship wholesale hemp products within the United States to approved business buyers, except to jurisdictions where shipment is restricted or prohibited by law or carrier policy.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Idaho
  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)

Shipping availability may change at any time due to regulatory, carrier, or compliance considerations. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that cannot legally or operationally be shipped.

Order Processing Time

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, but can take up to 7 business days due to payment confirmation excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Processing includes:

  • Compliance and documentation checks
  • Secure bulk packaging
  • Carrier scheduling and pickup

During promotions, large-volume periods, or holidays, processing may take longer. Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.

Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward wholesale shipping pricing:

  • Free shipping on orders of $1,000 or more
  • Flat $60 shipping fee on orders under $1,000

All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Shipping prices may be adjusted during holidays or at anytime other time.

Carrier & Delivery Timeframes

Most wholesale orders ship via USPS or commercial freight carriers, depending on size, weight, and destination.

Delivery timeframes vary based on:

  • Destination
  • Carrier capacity
  • Weather and regional conditions

Typical transit ranges from 2–7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once a shipment is tendered to the carrier, Asheville Dispensary Wholesale does not control transit speed or routing.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Any estimated delivery dates shown on the Website are calculated projections based on:

  • Carrier transit estimates
  • Destination

These are not guaranteed delivery dates and may change due to factors outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Buyer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Undeliverable shipments
  • Returned packages due to address errors

If a shipment is returned due to address issues:

  • Buyer may be charged for reshipping
  • Or refunded minus original shipping costs

Tracking

Once shipped, Buyers will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement.

Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

All wholesale orders are shipped FOB Origin.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to Buyer once the order is tendered to the carrier.

Asheville Dispensary Wholesale is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost shipments
  • Theft
  • Seizures
  • Damage in transit
  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Buyer is responsible for filing any carrier claims.

Returned or Refused Packages

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery
  • Refusal
  • Incorrect address
  • Carrier issues

We will contact Buyer to determine next steps. Reshipment fees may apply, and refunds (if any) will exclude shipping costs.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, large or multi-SKU orders may ship in multiple packages. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Hemp Shipping Acknowledgment

Buyer acknowledges that hemp-derived products may be subject to:

  • Carrier inspection
  • Regulatory review
  • Delays or seizures

These risks are inherent to the hemp industry and are accepted by Buyer upon purchase.

Policy Authority
